Excellent value and reasonably priced place, it has incredibly helpful staff at reception desk. It boasts handy, convenient location really close to plenty of bars, all venues, and all major transport links. Also, Busaras is near here.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, just next door to the train tracks and construction and the quay, spire, gpo and temple bar area. The rooms were extremely pleasant and luxurious with comfortable beds, good prices. I loved the food, it was good and affordable.

Nothing.
This was one of the dirtiest places i have ever had the misfortune of booking! We had 2 rooms, not through choice in this hotel as the first one was coated in a layer of dirt and human hair, we were moved to another room that was equally as dirty but had its own interesting mould growing from the shower head. I think the bedding they had was made from hessian sacks but at least the lamps matched. Barely any light worked properly in these rooms, they constantly flashed. The view from the first room through the filthy window was a brick wall, the second view again through filthy window was bricks and barbed wire....stunning. When we tried to call down to complain the phone was so sticky that the buttons would not work! As for the dining room, its only acceptable if you like smelling like a road side food van.we actually did not stay for the duration we were meant to as i felt unclean and left to go to a much better and socially acceptable place. bookers be warned! we did not recieve any of our money back either as the hotel thinks there levels are acceptable. If you are going for an Irish experience and to meet the locals then this place is not for you as there is not an irish accent to be found in the so called hotel.

Location
Tired, bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Shower head was filthy and could lead to infection. Informed reception on check out, not sure if receive mode had been engaged. No soap at bathroom wash hand basin.

Convenient location in a cozy neighborhood, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. Also near the iconic millennial spire and a train station, but expect some noise pollution. 🚂

Staff were friendly
First impressions were not good front entrance looked messy as it was stacked high with bed linen décor was dull. First impressions of the food area was that cheese and meats were plonked on the table without any covering this was unhygienic and some of the staff there could not raise a smile.I Would not stay there again. The web site needs to be updated as it was not as it seemed from the photos.
